Photographing The Dolomites: Northern Italy
During the end of April and early part of May this year, I set off on a several day road trip to the very north of Italy, into the magnificent mountains, snowy and icy weather, and spectacular views. My goal: to capture the iconic knife blade cliff mountains that make up the part of the Alps known as the Dolomites. During this time, my friend Kevin from Germany also joined in the hunt for the perfect light and perfect spot. We got snowed in during the early part of the trip, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time and capturing some incredible images.
